Tried using the promo code and, very calmly, I’m not surprised it didn’t apply. This seems to happen pretty much every time I try to get a discount

"Trying to buy tickets was such a mess lol"
I tried buying tickets on acmilan.com and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be lol. The page kept loading forever, my payment failed twice, and then the seats I had picked just disappeared. I couldn’t really find any clear help either, so I ended up wasting almost an hour and still didn’t get tickets. Bad experience overall.
"Seat selection was just okay"
I used AC Milan to choose seats for a match, and it was fine, just not as smooth as I sort of expected. I guess I thought it would be quick, like pick a section, grab the seats, done, but it didn’t quite go that way.
The stadium map took a little while to load for me, and a few seats looked available at first, then disappeared once I clicked on them. That was a bit annoying, especially when you’re trying to picture the view and compare sections, and then suddenly you’re back to looking again. The prices were clear though, so at least I wasn’t confused about that part.
I did end up getting decent seats in the end, so it worked out. It just took longer than I thought it would, and maybe I was already half-thinking about the match itself by then. Not a bad experience overall, but it could definitely be easier

"Got confirmation, then got passed around"
I ordered from AC Milan and got the confirmation email right away, so at first I figured everything was sorted.
After that, it was basically silence. No shipping update, no tracking info, and the order page didn’t tell me anything useful. I contacted support and then got transferred around like nobody knew where to send me, only to end up with a basic reply that still didn’t really answer my question.
It’s frustrating when they take the money immediately, but you have to chase them just to find out what’s happening with your order. i wouldn’t order again unless they sort this out

"Wrong match times again"
The match info was wrong again, especially the listed times. I checked it a couple of times because it seemed off, and sure enough it didn’t match the actual schedule. Really annoying when you’re trying to plan around a game.

I usually go on acmilan.com to check news, match details, and sometimes ticket info. It’s straightforward to get around, and I don’t have to dig too much to find what I need. On my phone, some pages take their time loading, which isn’t ideal when I’m just trying to check something quickly, but for the most part it does the job

"Didn’t really feel trustworthy"
I expected acmilan.com to feel a lot more official and straightforward, but it kind of left me second-guessing everything. Some of the pages and offers didn’t feel very clear, and I wasn’t always sure what was actually worth clicking on or buying.
What bothered me most was that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact if you had questions or felt unsure. For such a big club, I expected the whole experience to feel more reliable and personal, but it came across as messy and a bit cold. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they make things much clearer

"Decent custom Milan jersey, but not perfect"
I ordered a Milan jersey with my name on it, and overall I’m happy to have it. To be fair, the customization looks decent and nothing is badly messed up, but it did take longer than I expected. The spacing on the name also isn’t quite perfect, which stood out a bit to me. For the price, I was hoping it would look a little cleaner, but it’s still a jersey I’ll wear.

"Sizing was way off for me"
As someone who pretty much always orders the same shirt size, this was really frustrating. I got my usual size and it showed up way too tight, like not even close to what I expected. Now I have to deal with returning it, so it felt like a waste of time.

I tried to place my order twice, and both times the payment seemed to fail, but I still got charged. I never received an order confirmation email, so I had no idea if my order actually went through or not. Support took a while to get back to me, and the replies were confusing, which left me feeling in the dark the whole time

I emailed acmilan.com about an order issue the replies felt really slow and kind of copy-pasted. They never actually answered the main thing I was asking and just kept telling me to wait. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but is it really that hard to give a clear answer? It was frustrating and definitely not what I expected

"Trying to register was way harder than it should be"
I tried making an account on acmilan.com what a hassle. The email verification code took forever to show up, then the page kept refreshing and telling me my details were wrong even though I’d just entered them. I ended up having to start over twice. For a club this big, the sign-up process should be smooth. Like, make it make sense. I gave up in the end.

"Delivery used to be better"
I’ve ordered from AC Milan before and it used to be a lot smoother, but this time the delivery was all over the place. The tracking barely moved for days, and the parcel showed up well after the date they originally gave me. I needed it as a gift, so it ended up being frustrating.
Customer service didn’t really make things any easier either. Replies were slow and mostly just generic updates, with no real help. I still love the club, but the shop experience definitely isn’t what it used to be, so I’m not sure I’d order again anytime soon
